Former President Jonathan this morning on his Facebook page, shared excepts from the chapter one of Facts Versus Fiction: The True Story of Jonathan Years, Chibok, 2015 and The Conspiracies, a book that is being written by his former media aide, Reno Omokri. The book is being written to counter the contradictions in the recently launched book titled, "Against The Run of Play" written by the Chairman of ThisDay Editorial Board, Olusegun Adeniyi. In Adeniyi's book, Jonathan was quoted as saying that he lost the 2015 election to President Buhari because the Obama administration and some other world leaders worked against him. Now in the yet to be released book, Reno said he interviewed one Matthew T. Page who until his resignation in 2016 was the U.S. State Department's top intelligence analyst on everything regarding Nigeria. JAMB conducted a mock examination for candidates that registered for the 2017 computer based Unified Tertiary Matriculations Examinations (UTME) on Saturday, April 29. The Head, Information and Media of the board, Dr Fabian Benjamin, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in a telephone interview on Thursday in Lagos that 150,000 candidates registered for the mock examination nationwide. The examination was initially scheduled to hold on April 8 but was postponed to April 29 due to some hitches. Benjamin said the results of the mock examination had been uploaded to the board’s website. “We have finished marking the scripts and uploaded the results to our website. “We call on all candidates that participated in the examination to check on their results on our website. “However, these results have nothing to do or add to the main examination scheduled to begin on May 13. “So, we will not want those who did not participate in the mock to entertain any fear, because it will not tak

Last month, former stripper and Instagram model Layla Lace claimed she's pregnant with Drake's baby and shared text messages to support her claim but Drake denied the incident ever happened. Now, a former porn star, Sophie Brussaux , who was seen hanging out with Drake in Amsterdam in Jan this year, has accused the rapper of being the father of her unborn baby.  She clams she is 3 and a half months pregnant and already knows the sex of the baby. Last night, May 3, 2017, popular messaging app, WhatsApp had technical issues and was offline for over 2-hours in some parts of the world. It was unprecedented, no one saw it coming and the world panicked. According to a new biography, former US president Barack Obama proposed to a woman he dated in the 80's who rejected his proposal twice before he met and married his wife, Michelle Obama. The woman is said to be Sheila Miyoshi Jager who is of Dutch and Japanese descent. The author of the new book, "Rising Star: The Making of Barack Obama," David Garrow, says Obama met Jager in the mid-'80s when he was doing community organizing in Chicago.  Garrow said that when he interviewed Jager, she told him that even back then, Obama had a strong belief he'd someday become President of the United States. She also told the author Obama had "a deep-seated need to be loved and admired." 25 Youth Corps member, Charity Wadzani Thilza, pictured above, who is supposed to pass out from the NYSC scheme today May 4th, has died after she was shot dead by some armed robbers in Abuja on Monday May 1st. According to reports, Charity, who is from Borno state, had gone to a night club where singer Phyno performed and was returning home with three of her friends and a man when they were attacked by robbers. The armed robbers chased their vehicle, shooting at it to force the driver to stop. One of the bullets hit Charity. The robbers stopped the hot chase when they realized that their victims were heading towards a police station. Charity was rushed to the hospital but was rejected by the medical staff. Said to be the first child of her parents, Charity served at the Nigeria Civil Defence Corps in Abuja and had hoped to continue working with the agency after her service. May her soul rest in peace Amen.

Wladimir Klitschko has made his first public appearance just a day after losing the IBF, WBA and IBO heavyweight titles to British boxer, Anthony Joshua. Jacob Malone, a former pastor at Calvary Fellowship, a nondenominational church in Downingtown, has been jailed for three-six years in prison for sexually assaulting and impregnating one of his young parishioners. The 35-year-old American from Exton who was arrested in January 2016, was sentenced on Friday after entering guilty pleas to institutional sex assault, corruption of minors and child endangerment, NY Daily reported. The court heard that he began to sexually assault the girl in the fall of 2014, impregnated her when she was in her late teens and she gave birth a year ago to their daughter.  She, however, maintained that the former pastor took advantage of her 'mentally, physically, spiritually.' Admitting to the crime,  Malone told the court that he gave the girl alcohol but said the sexual encounters were consensual denying that he raped her. American rapper, Eminem has staged up a legal battle against New Zealand's National party for using an unlicensed version of his 2002 hit song 'Lose Yourself' without permission for a political campaign ad in 2004. According to the New Zealand Herald, the case kicked off in the High Court at Wellington on Monday between Eminem's publishers, Eight Mile Style, Martin Affiliated and  National Party of New Zealand. It was reported that the party's lawyers argued in Court that it was not actually Lose Yourself, but a track called Eminem-esque which they bought from a stock music library. The court played the full version of 'Lose Yourself', with lyrics, followed by a track whose file was allegedly labelled 'Eminem-esque', before the instrumental of 'Lose Yourself' was heard.
