IG user Brixfitness took to Instagram to write about how his beautiful daughter motivated him into investing in his health. Sharing before and after photos of himself and daughter, he wrote:

"I had to do it for her. I had to show her what self respect looked like. I had to give her an example of a promise kept. I had to invest in my health so I could walk her down the aisle, with my head held high with no pain in my knees or my back. I had to do it so she knew that there was nothing more important than her health"
